How We Shoot

We use professional HDR photography to capture balanced, natural-looking interiors with accurate color and detail.

HDR photography allows us to efficiently capture multiple exposures and blend them to retain highlight and shadow detail—ideal for real estate listings where speed, consistency, and clean results matter.

This approach allows us to move efficiently through a property while maintaining a polished, market-ready look.

On-Site Time

• Condos / small homes: ~30–60 minutes

• Medium homes: ~60–90 minutes

• Large homes: 1.5–3 hours

Shoot time varies based on size, layout, and overall scope.

Delivery Timeline

Photos are delivered next business day.

• Shoots Monday–Thursday: delivered the following day

• Shoots Friday–Sunday: delivered Monday

Delivery times may vary slightly for large properties or expanded scopes.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please use the confirmation email to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

Usage & Licensing

All delivered photos are licensed for use in real estate marketing related to the listed property.

This includes MLS listings, brokerage websites, and agent marketing.

Photos may not be sold, transferred, or used for unrelated commercial purposes without written permission.
